Four reasons to celebrate
We’re proud to share that i3CONNECT has been shortlisted in four categories at the AV Awards 2026. Together, the nominations recognise the people, products and ideas behind our work: supporting channel partners through a major brand transition, making energy efficiency a visible part of product design, raising the standard for communication technology and creating more inclusive hybrid meetings.
The AV Awards are the UK’s leading AV industry awards, celebrating the people, projects, teams, technologies and businesses setting new standards across the sector. More than 1,400 people from across the AV supply chain are expected to come together for the ceremony at Battersea Evolution in London on 6 November 2026.

This entry recognises how our UK channel team guided partners through the move to i3CONNECT, alongside a new portfolio and distribution-led sales model. By staying close to partners, communicating openly and resolving issues quickly, the team maintained momentum, grew sales year on year and supported major projects for the Ministry of Defence, Salford College and Network Rail.
Sustainability by design
Redefining energy efficiency in interactive touchscreens.
This entry highlights how Aspen 4 makes energy efficiency part of everyday use. Local dimming across 286 zones and blackboard mode reduced power consumption from 210W to 86W in the tested scenario. The independently researched LCA and EPD used for the entry indicate an 11–13% lower lifecycle carbon footprint. An on-screen widget makes energy use, estimated costs and CO2 impact visible, supported by sensors, ECO mode and a wider lifecycle approach covering suppliers and end-of-life services.

The i3CONNECT Aspen 4 interactive touchscreen is developed to demonstrate that advanced communication technology and sustainability can coexist without compromising on performance or usability. Aspen 4 is the first interactive touchscreen to feature QLED display technology with local dimming and Dolby‑certified 80W audio. Available in four sizes, Aspen 4 runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification and adds real-time energy insight, ENERGY STAR 8.0 compliance and EU Ecodesign compliance.
i3CONNECT hybrid MTR software solution
Add flexibility to your MTR needs.
Our hybrid Microsoft Teams Rooms software solution connects the MTR experience with i3CONNECT Studio on Aspen 4. People in the room can share apps and whiteboard content in the Teams call while keeping remote colleagues visible in a movable, resizable window. Familiar controls and a customisable home screen make meetings easier to start and navigate, helping everyone see the same context and contribute more naturally. The solution runs on Microsoft’s Windows-based MDEP platform.
